Everything you need to know before, and after, your order arrives.

Shipping

Processing

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it has shipped.

Delivery

After dispatch, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 4–19 business days, depending on your address. Delivery windows are estimates and can run longer during peak periods.

Rates

Flat-rate shipping of $6.95 on orders under $100. Shipping is complimentary on orders of $100 or more.

Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will follow.

Returns & exchanges

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If a piece arrives damaged, has a defect, or is not what you ordered, email hello@morvahli.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Size exchanges

Please consult the size guide on each product page before ordering. If the fit isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Size exchanges are considered case by case for unworn, unwashed pieces in their original condition.

Change of mind

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, or for incorrect sizes selected at checkout, except as described above.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, contact us and we'll resolve it with the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Order changes

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in process and we can't guarantee changes.

Sizing

Our fleece and tees are cut oversized. Take your usual size for the intended relaxed fit, or size down for a closer fit. Each product page includes a size guide measured on the garment. Sizes 2XL and above carry a small additional charge.

Care

Wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Never iron directly on artwork or embroidery. Headwear: spot clean only. Knitwear: hand wash cold and dry flat. Heavy cotton relaxes with wear and may shrink slightly if dried hot.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
